The quick enquiry form on this website prepares a message in WhatsApp. It does not send information to our server or store it on this website. You decide whether to send the prepared message through WhatsApp; WhatsApp’s policies apply to messages you send there.
Secure student-enquiry form (Wix Forms)
In addition to the optional WhatsApp enquiry, BIEC offers a separate form hosted at Wix Forms. If you choose to submit that form, Wix processes and stores your provided name, email, optional phone number, destination, study area, message and consent for BIEC to review and respond. Wix may create or update a BIEC Wix Contacts record. This is not currently connected to the separate Mr.B CRM. Please do not include passport details, financial records or medical information. Contact BIEC to request correction or deletion of submitted enquiry details. Wix’s own privacy notices also apply.
Website chat
The current BIEC guided chat works in your browser and is not connected to a live person or OpenAI. It does not send your chat content to BIEC or save it on this website. Please do not share sensitive documents or financial information in this chat.
External content
Our website may load visual content, country flags and video from third-party services and link to WhatsApp or email applications. Those providers may process technical information according to their own policies.
Mr.B AI service
Mr.B offers browser-based initial study and career screening and, when the live service is online, AI-assisted answers about publicly listed programmes. Before any AI request, Mr.B asks you to opt in. With your permission, your question and recent conversational messages are transmitted to BIEC’s hosted Mr.B service on Replit and its managed AI model provider for processing. Data may be processed outside India under the providers’ applicable terms and retention policies. Please do not enter passport or Aadhaar numbers, passwords, financial information, medical records, or other sensitive documents. Screening answers stay on the page unless you choose to share them using WhatsApp. AI conversations do not automatically create a Mr.B CRM record. The separate Wix enquiry form processes information as described above. You may continue using local study guidance instead of live AI. To ask about processing or request correction or deletion of BIEC-held enquiry data, contact the BIEC team.
