BEFORE YOU SUBMIT ANY APPLICATION
Prepare once. Check every detail.
Document requirements vary by university, programme, country and visa category. Use this list as an organising guide—not as a substitute for an institution's official instructions.
Shortlist institutions and courses
Confirm the awarding university, language of instruction, entry requirements, programme duration and qualification recognition.
Prepare your academic documents
Gather course transcripts, certificates, mark sheets, translations and apostille/legalisation documents if officially required. Do not upload sensitive documents to public chat tools.
Check language and interview rules
Some programmes require IELTS, OET or other English evidence; others may accept alternatives. Interview and test policies can change by intake.
Make a full budget
Include application fees, tuition deposits, insurance, visa processing, travel, rent, living expenses and financial evidence. Request an itemised quote.
Confirm application and visa stages
Separate university admission conditions from visa requirements. Check relevant official embassy/consular guidance and appointment-provider procedures.
Protect your data and payments
Verify official payment instructions, retain receipts and share passport/financial documents only through trusted secure channels. Never assume guaranteed visa approval.
